Products<\/h3>\n<p>We sell Ugartechea branded apparel and accessories. Each item is printed or embroidered to order by our production partner, Printful. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Prices and sales tax<\/h3>\n<p>Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Ordering<\/h3>\n<p>To order, add items to your cart, enter your details and place your order. A contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item cannot be produced or there is an obvious pricing error.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Payment<\/h3>\n<p>You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or the other options shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe, through WooPayments); we never see or store them.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Shipping<\/h3>\n<p>We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Norway. Items are usually produced within 2\u20137 business days, then shipped. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our <a href=\"\/es\/shipping-returns\/\">Env\u00edos y devoluciones<\/a> page. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct: if a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not collected, reshipping is at your cost, and returned items not claimed within 30 days cannot be reshipped or refunded. Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply. For Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Norway, the applicable GST or VAT is charged at checkout; any other duties or charges imposed on delivery are the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Returns and refunds<\/h3>\n<p>Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
