Every item is made to order by our production partner, Printful. We do not currently ship to the UK or the European Union.<\/p>\n<h3>Production and delivery times<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Production: usually 2\u20137 business days (embroidered items can take a little longer).<\/li>\n<li>Shipping: typically 3\u20135 business days in the US, 4\u20138 in Canada and 7\u201320 to Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Norway.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The exact shipping cost and options are shown at checkout before you pay. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply.<\/p>\n<p>For Australia and New Zealand (GST), Norway and Switzerland (VAT), the import tax is added at checkout and paid by our fulfilment partner, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery for most orders. Some items may not be available in every country; if an item cannot be shipped to your address, checkout will not offer a shipping option.<\/p>\n<h3>Damaged, faulty or misprinted items<\/h3>\n<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:info@ugartecheashotguns.com\">info@ugartecheashotguns.com<\/a> with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you. You do not need to send the item back.<\/p>\n<h3>Returns and exchanges<\/h3>\n<p>Because each item is made to order for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering. Full details are in our <a href=\"\/es\/terms-of-sale\/\">Condiciones de venta<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Lost packages<\/h3>\n<p>If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or it appears stuck in transit, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund once the loss is confirmed.<\/p>\n<h3>Wrong address or uncollected packages<\/h3>\n<p>Please check your shipping address before you pay. If a package is returned because the address given was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not collected, we will contact you to confirm the address; reshipping is at your cost.
